FSRA Central District Championship Regatta

Boone Braves are hosting this year's 2025 FSRA Central District Championship Regatta at Turkey Lake Park on Saturday, April 5, 2025. This regatta will then be followed up in the afternoon with the 2025 Jake Snyder Championship Regatta for our MS.

FSRA Central District includes the following teams: Boone Crew, Edgewater Crew, Halifax Rowing, Lake Brantley Rowing, Lake County Rowing, North Orlando Rowing, South Orlando Rowing Association, Winter Park Crew. 

Boone has planned on a full schedule of racing for both sweep and sculling events. Central districts is not a qualifying event for states but it is the way sculling and sweep boats are seeded for competition. 

This is an in- town (Orlando) regatta, rowers ARE permitted to drive themselves. 

Registration is required for this regatta. However, it is EXPECTED that all HS rowers rowing at FSRA Sculling and/or Sweep States attend this regatta. If you have not already spoken to Coach Terry or Kelly it is EXPECTED that you will attend and race at Districts.

Parking: ADVANCED pre-purchased parking pass is REQUIREDfor entry
Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake has implemented a NEW entry fee and process: 
$10 per Small Passenger Vehicle per day plus transaction fees or $15 cash at the gate.
