High School Erg Camp Session 1

The foundation of all rowing is fitness and performance on the erg. Perfect your form and decrease your personal split by participating in this 2 week erg camp that runs 2 days a week. This camp is open to ALL High School Rowers (Including rising 9th graders)

• Session 1: June 18, June 20 and June 25, June 27 (4:00pm - 5:00pm - Tuesday and Thursday)
  
• Session 2: July 9, July 11 and July 16, July 18 (4:00pm - 5:00pm - Tuesday and Thursday)
