July 12 - July 23 (8:00am - 11:00am Monday - Friday)
Our Sculling Elite Camp is a 2 week (Monday - Friday) camp focused on the novice to elite high school rowers who want to improve their technical ability in sculling boats. Each participant will be placed in groups determined by ability and will be coached by SORA Head Coach Terry Davison. This training program consists of all sculling boat skills and technique in Singles, Doubles and Quads. Our sculling elite camp will include focused technical sessions with feedback and development, video reviews and rowing specific nutrition for the competitive rower.
Each participant should have athletic clothing, shoes and socks, a soft plastic water bottle, and a non-perishable snack that is packaged in a squirrel-proof bag. (Our squirrels are very creative - and hungry!)
New this year - Session 2, will be offered for all MS and HS returning Rowers. Session 1 - will remain HS only
All summer programming is subject to change as we continue to deal with the consequences of Covid-19 and adhere to current Moss Park and CDC guidelines. More on this as we get closer to the start of programming.
