2019 August Parent/Sibling Rows - Mondays & Wednesdays

SORA is excited to offer a new program for all of our current high school and middle school rowers and their families. Have you ever wanted to sit in the seat of a boat and see what it is like or are you an experienced rower that would like to row with your son or daughter?  

Wednesday’s night rows, are for you, with our new bring your parent or sibling rows. This is a great opportunity for our rowers to have to have their parent or sibling learn more about rowing. Family members will not only sit on the erg and see what you do but also the chance to step off land and get on the water.

During these session rowers will be taking parents and/or siblings out in boat to teach them more about rowing with the help of our new coach Deidrah.

• August 19, 21, 26 and 28
• 6:00pm-8:00pm
• Cost: $20.00 per session (cost includes experienced rower and any family members)
• Siblings should be at least 6th grade. Younger siblings will be allowed to participate at the discretion of the coach 
• Please register EACH parent/sibling participant. Your SORA member rower does not need to register.
